Our Process
You can contact us by phone, email or the contact forms on our website. Your local sales consultant will be in touch asap. We will arrange to visit your home for a no obligation, free quotation. We don’t believe in pushy sales tactics just a good price and good service!
Your sales consultant will send you your quotation via email either in your home or within twenty four hours. All quotations are valid for 30 days, but if we launch a sale in the meantime, we’ll update your shutters to the cheaper price. If you want to go ahead, click accept or call your sales consultant.
Lead times for shutters range from two weeks for UK-made shutters up to ten weeks for overseas-made (but hopefully quicker). We will keep you up to date with the progress of your shutters, and as soon as they are ready, we will be in touch to arrange a suitable installation date.
Your installer will arrive between a one-two hour time slot depending on traffic and/or previous jobs. We just need a little space to work and to complete the assembly of your shutters. There will be a little noise when drilling and sometimes a little dust but we clean up and remove the rubbish.
Our highly trained, skilled installers will leave your home clean and tidy with beautiful new shutters. You’ll now have a ten-year guarantee against defects, paint finish and the installation itself. There are a few pointers to note about how shutters work and you’ll find more info here.
